I've been meaning to post a proper update for a while but haven't found the time.
It's a bit last minute but figured I should at least post something about the fact that United Diversity Bridport's new weekly film and food events in partnership with Sustainable Bridport launches TONIGHT, 6pm - 10pm at the White Room at The Chapel in the Garden.
Copy/ pasting what I've been posting in Facebook groups etc:

FINITE: The Climate of Change is an insider’s view of the world of direct action; a raw, authentic and emotional insight into the David and Goliath battle between frontline communities, activists and fossil fuel corporations.
In Germany, concerned citizens step forward to save an ancient forest from one of Europe’s largest coal mines. They form an unlikely alliance with a frustrated community in rural England who are forced into action to protect their homes from a new opencast coal mine.
The filmmaker is very generously letting us screen his new film (still being shown in cinemas) without paying anything for a license, so please donate what you can to support their fantastic work. You can donate here: https://www.share-doc.org/en/d/19001/finite-the-climate-of-change
This film will very likely make you want to attend the huge climate protests in London the weekend after.
See https://extinctionrebellion.uk/the-big-one/ for more info on that
