Water is Love: Ripples of Regeneration (1hr) 2024
A documentary film about the power of regenerating water cycles and building a culture of care
βWater is Loveβ follows a group of young people grappling with the climate crisis while we journey around the world to share inspiring stories of regenerative ecosystem design to create water retention in communities, villages, and regions.
β
We touch upon traditional ecological knowledge, how water makes climate, and the importance of restoring complete water cycles.
Through inspiring stories from successful projects in India, Kenya, and Portugal, we aim to spark conversations and actions that contribute to a regenerative and resilient world. As weβre facing both the growing devastating impacts of climate disruption and the failure of governments to act, this film points to an often overlooked need and possibility: community-driven decentralized water management as a critical key for surviving β and thriving in β this century.
We'll also have:
Delicious (mostly) organic vegan curries from Fergus Bradbeer aka Vegie Vortex (who also does the curries at Beach and Barnicott), plus hot and cold drinks.
Please note:
Our room hire costs Β£42/ week so if you're able to able to contribute more than the default ticket amount then please do so.
We also need to ensure enough people come along to make it worthwhile for Fergus to keep coming along to cook up the delicious food - so invite a friend!
Many thanks in advance. Together We Have Everything.
